ORDERS

Once your initial order is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your purchase details.

DELIVERY

If your ordered item is in stock, your package shall be dispatched the next day and shipped to you within 1-3 business days, depending on the shipping destination. 

Your purchase order e-mail will include the estimated delivery date of your purchase and processing details.

We currently only ship to Cairo.

Delivery is by the company's courier.

Express Delivery: if the item is in stock, it shall be delivered the next day.

CANCELLATION POLICY ​

The cancellation policy only applies within 72 hours of the payment. Any orders cancelled after this period will not be eligible for a refund. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS​

Returns

​

We accept returns sent back within 7 days of receiving an order.

​

 For a return to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

To approve your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Pre-order or custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchange. 

Refunds

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a minimum of 7 business days.

Exchanges

​

Items that were delivered to you in a damaged state will be exchanged to you immediately, free of charge.

​

Items under the same price may be exchanged with additional shipping costs.
